Returns & Refunds
Once you have received your items but have decided that it is not quite what you wanted, fear not, you can return the goods and receive a full refund, customers will be subject to pay a collection charge of £59.99.
Once we have received the items, we will inspect the items and ensure that it isn't damaged. If we deem the item to be in good condition, your money will be refunded within 3-5 working days.
Once the item has been used, we cannot accept a return due to hygiene purposes unless the item is faulty.

Damages or Missing Parts
In the exceedingly rare occasion If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged or missing then please alert us immediately and we will sort it out straight away. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues, and it would be our pleasure to assist you further. We shall get it rectified ASAP.
If any items arrived damaged, you are required to inform us within 24 hours. For any defects reported after this, unfortunately Divan Bed Direct will not be able to accept any liability.
