Delivery Information

Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Placement: The customer places the order.
2. Manufacturing: The order is dispatched to our in-house manufacturing team.
3. Quality Checks: Once the item is ready, it undergoes rigorous quality control checks.
4. Delivery Scheduling: Delivery is scheduled on a route.
5. Confirmation Call: You will receive a call from our dedicated delivery team 24-48 hours before delivery to confirm the timing.
6. Pre-Delivery Reminder: The driver will call at least 30 minutes before arrival to confirm you are at home.
7. Delivery Timeframe: If your postcode is not listed below, delivery will take between 3-10 working days.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• We do not offer specified day deliveries. If you are unable to accept delivery on certain days, please let us know, and we will assist in arranging an alternative.
• If you miss the delivery, our driver will leave a card. Please contact us to reschedule.
• Our service aims to provide speedy delivery, but certain postcodes may have slightly longer lead times than others.

We deliver across the entire UK, excluding Ireland and offshore islands. Please note, delivery days are estimates, and in some cases, we may be able to deliver sooner.

ASSEMBLY & ROOM OF CHOICE:

• Standard Delivery: All deliveries will be made to the main communal door of the building. Our couriers are not responsible for taking items further unless previously agreed.
• Flats: Delivery to the communal doorway.
• Houses: Delivery to the front door.
• Room of Choice: £49.99
  Please ensure the passage to the room is clear and there is sufficient space for our team to move the bed into the room of your choice.
• Installation: £99.99
  If you’ve ordered installation, please ensure the previous bed has been dismantled before our team arrives to install your new bed. We are unable to dismantle or remove old beds due to health and safety regulations.
