1. Your order is received & processed by our admin team

2. Your items are made to order by our in house manufacturing team

3. All items go through a quality control process

4. Your items are passed on to our courier partner

5. The courier partner will contact you to arrange a delivery day & time slot

6. The courier partner will deliver you items to your property

Delivery Zones:

If your postcode is not mentioned below, please expect delivery within 3-10 working days. 

ZONE A: RH-LD-LL-SS-IP-CO-NR-LA-KA-SY-SN-TD-SN-SP-ME11-ME12, SA-PO-BN-TN-CT-BA-SO-CA (up to an additional 3 working days)

ZONE B: PA-FK-KY-PH-DG (up to an additional 5 working days)

ZONE C: TR-PL-TQ-EX-TA-DT-AB-IV-BH-DD-KW (up to an additional 7 working days)

Our delivery service is not available offshore, to Scottish highlands.. Scottish highlands includes; HS, IV41-IV51, IV55-IV56, KA27, KA28, KW15-KW17, PA41, PA42-PA49, PA60, PA61, PA62-PA76, PA77, PA78, PH41, PH42, PH43, PH44, ZE.

We allow a 24 hour cooling off period from when an order is placed for any amendments or cancellations. After this period, amendments and cancellations are at the cost of the customer as our products are made to order.
